The 1991 Super Nintendo version of 'SimCity' remains my favourite game of the series and the delightful soundtrack by Soyo Oka remains one of the main reasons. With this three disc album I pay my due tribute to such a talented lady, who was pretty much in every memorable SNES soundtrack duties in the earlier games released for the system. I once again took the three style approach to making this one so you will find the soundtrack divided into three discs, one for each genre: chiptune, orchestral and electronic. I also turned this album into three distinct MSU-1 PCM packs so you can even play the original game with these tracks instead of the original SPC700 soundtrack. Like all my previous video game tributes, I hope this album brings you some excellent memories of simpler times.
